Payment is due at the time of your visit by cash or credit card. We do not bill insurance. Payment by HSA is accepted.
The full appointment fee is paid upon scheduling any initial treatment session in order validate and secure the appointment.
PBM laser therapy / shockwave / manual therapy is a $40 add-on service when combined with a needling session.
24 hour cancellation ploicy, patient is financially responsible for all scheduled appointments.
